Job Brief:
Reporting directly into our Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing digital marketing strategies for our diverse range of clients. We are seeking an experienced operator who can bring a wealth of experience, creativity, and strategic thinking to our team.
Responsibilities:
  • Developing, implementing and optimising campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO and Email Marketing.
  • Producing internal briefs to ensure that campaigns are successfully translated in line with their purpose.
  • Supporting the wider team in delivering results and maintaining high performance standards, fostering a culture of innovation, learning, and excellence.
  • Work closely with our Account Managers to understand the client’s goals, provide strategic recommendations, and maintain strong relationships.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to evaluate campaign performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and provide regular, insightful reports to clients.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices to continually enhance campaign effectiveness.
The ideal candidate has:
  • Experience of managing digital marketing campaigns across the full mix, including Paid Social and Paid Search.
  • Strong analytical, data interpretation and optimisation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to inspire others.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving industry trends.
  • Ability to efficiently manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and to tight deadlines.
  • Great work ethic and desire to learn and innovate.
  • Passion for digital marketing and brands.

The interview process for this role will consist of 3 stages
Stage 1 – Chemistry call.
This will be a 20-minute zoom meeting to chat through your experience: who you’ve worked with and what you’ve previously achieved through your previous positions and roles.

Stage 2 – Interview.
This will be a 1-hour session where we’ll discuss a range scenarios which allows you to demonstrate your thinking and capabilities fitting to this role. This will follow with a questions and answers session which will give both Sketch Creative and the candidate transparency around the role and company.

Stage 3 – Final Call
This will be a brief 15-minute zoom meeting to outline and discuss any final questions.
