The Role
This role will be a position with a huge potential to grow with Sketch Creative. You’ll be working closely with the Head of Marketing on both client accounts and also our agency.
It’s an exciting role that has the ability to grow with the agency, a challenging yet rewarding opportunity. It’s likely that two days won’t be the same with managing multiple clients and the output from the wider team.

Job Brief
We are currently hiring a Marketing Account Manager with a successful track record to drive revenue, user acquisition and brand awareness.
Your responsibilities will include:
Oversee overall performance marketing strategy, ensuring the quality of the tasks performed
Formulate SEO and SEM strategies
Support the launch of new propositions and go-to-market strategies
Ensure alignment of creative and customer value propositions is consistent throughout the customer journeys
Create and manage PPC campaigns along with social media ads across a variety of platforms, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.
You will manage all campaign budgets to ensure we are meeting our key performance indicators and commercial targets
Develop and oversee email marketing and marketing automation strategy
Set up, manage, and optimise email marketing campaigns (EDM newsletters, drip campaigns, loyalty campaigns, etc.)
Manage Google Analytics to track and measure all marketing campaigns
Regularly review multi-channel analytics reports (Search, Social, Ads, Email, Website, Blog) and recommend optimisation action plans to sales and marketing teams
Identify and lead opportunities to help the brand connect with consumers to drive reappraisal and consideration to purchase
Build and maintain strong relationships with all Stakeholders
Working closely with the Sales team to ensure commercials targets are met, and their insights are incorporated in all campaigns.
Train and support marketing executives
Should have:
3-5 years Marketing Account Manager or Performance Marketing experience across Paid Search & Paid Social
Proven experience in running online campaigns
Ability to communicate, inspire and motivate
You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
Proficient in spoken and written English
Excellent copywriting skills
Google Ads Search and Display certified
GAIQ certified
Google Tag Manager
Email marketing platforms
You are a highly goal-oriented individual
You are open minded, curious and a strong problem solver.
Could have:
You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
