Along with this, we also provided a bank of images in and around the practice.

Within our team, we’ve come up with a formula for what works best to fill your schedule with qualified leads. Sure, not everyone will convert on the chair, but as discussed, with many options being available for treatment and many opportunities and benefits from the day, it is highly unlikely the campaign will not be a success and our goal is always to generate the client at least 5-10x the cost of our services ensuring campaigns are worth all parties while.
Yes, we offer a full content creation package available as an add-on. This entails a content creator coming to your open day and recording and capturing video and image assets. Once recorded, these assets are yours to do what you want with. If you have no assets currently and are worried about promoting the open day, we have assets from Invisalign that we can use just fine. However, we do recommend that you send us a video (which can be captured on a smartphone) of a dentist/practitioner/TCO inviting people to come in for the open day. We provide full instructions as you go through the onboarding process.
If you don’t have a CRM thats fine; we are very familiar with industry-leading CRM systems and our team can handle the setup and integration of this for you. Alternatively, we can use Google Sheets to create a shared space to effectively collaborate and monitor leads.
