User Journey & Strategy
We work closely, helping our clients clarify their target audience and the goals they wish to achieve with a website, where that be: leads, purchases, sign-ups or downloads. From this, we work closely with you to identify user types and craft a tailored customer journey throughout the whole website.
Design System Library
With a design system, each of the elements within your website will be more than just using a different colour and font. We put our thinking and focus into the elements needed to build your website including colour palettes, fonts, button styles, imagery and more. Each website’s design system will differ and be tailored towards the brand, ensuring your brand’s personality is in each element within the website.
Wireframes & UX / UI Design
Our web team will then spend a vast amount of time wire-framing out the website, a wireframe is the skeleton structure of the website which allows quick adjustments to ensure the user journey and strategy is aligned before applying pixel-perfect design ontop to create a beautifully designed website that actually works towards the primary goal.
Website Development
After the website design is complete and signed off ready to build, our WordPress development team get cracking. We craft our websites to be pixel-perfect inline with the website design on the front-end whilst working on the back-end ensuring all systems are developed and working as the website function intended - we provide updates at each phase of the development build and have a more extensive collaborative session once we’ve built and tested the website ahead of your review.

Quality is paramount at Sketch, and we’re proud of our award-winning process, making sure everything is of the highest quality. All of our websites go through several rounds of testing from each department before allowing them to be shared with the client and allowing them to go live.
Launch
Our launch phase is one of the most exciting phases in the project roadmap, this is where we cross-check and prepare for lift-off. We ensure all forms, payment gateways and links are live and working, this requires working very agile with both the client and the internal development team to run out final tests ahead of presenting your new website to your customers.
Refinement & Maintenance
