Tuluä run an exclusive, members-only events programme. Everything that makes it work now runs on software built for them.
The website came first. Then the platform behind it: applications, memberships, events, ticketing, and the admin suite that runs all four.
The brief
An exclusive membership runs on more than a website.
Tuluä is members-only. You apply, you are accepted, and only then does the events programme open up to you. That is the whole proposition, and it asks a lot more of the technology than a set of pages does.
We built the website first. Later, once the model had proved itself, we built the platform underneath it: a bespoke application manager, ticketing system and admin suite, designed around the way Tuluä actually run, rather than bent out of an off-the-shelf tool.

Phase one
The website came first
The site is the shop window for something you cannot simply walk into. It had to do the persuading: set the tone, show the programme, and make applying feel like the obvious next step rather than a form to fill in.
Members and non-members see different things, so the site was built from the start to know which one it is talking to.
Phase two
From application to member
Someone applies to join. The application lands in the dashboard, where Tuluä review it and either approve or decline it. Approval is what unlocks the rest: the member gets an account, the events programme opens up, and they can start buying tickets.
The whole path from stranger to ticket-holder happens in one system, so nobody is chasing a spreadsheet to work out who is a member and who is not.

Tickets that live in the wallet
Every ticket is Apple Wallet integrated. Buy one and it goes straight into your phone, where it sits with your boarding passes and your coffee cards, ready on the night without anyone digging through their email for a PDF.
On the door
Scanned on arrival
A ticket scanning system is built into the platform, so the door team validate a ticket against the same records the tickets were issued from. Scanned once, marked used, and visible in the dashboard straight away.
In hand
An app for the team
The scanning runs through an app the Tuluä team use on the night, so checking people in does not need a laptop, a printout or a signal-dependent workaround at the door.
The dashboard
One place to run the whole operation.
The admin suite is where Tuluä actually work. Every part of the business the platform touches is visible from the same dashboard, and every action they need to take can be taken there.
It replaced no single tool, because there was never one tool that did this. It was built to fit the way the membership already ran.

Tuluä now run applications, memberships, events, ticketing, door entry and member marketing themselves, from one dashboard, on a platform built around their model rather than adapted to it.
The website still does the persuading. Everything that happens after someone decides to apply is handled by the system underneath it.
