Defining a bold new brand identity
We inherited the Zen Housing brand as a very disjointed identity which didn’t truly reflect the brand positioning and statement. The existing colour palette was made up of earthy tones which held a less formal feel and we didn’t want to completely reinvent the wheel with the brand, but introduce some visual structure.

Brand Guidelines
We created a brand guidelines document which displays all the brand rules and standards to ensure consistency across all application. There is a focus on logo usage, colours and typography to enforce a structure across the primary use of the brand.
Strict brand guidelines ensure that the brand is used consistently, deep rooting the structure and formality into the brand, and flourishes the brand's true personality.
Website Design & Development
An informative experience with the ability to showcase and new developments & homes.
The new website for Zen Housing represents the company's current values and presents new and upcoming developments, with a focus on in-depth details of each development.
With this project we aimed to create a website that would be engaging and interactive to visitors, giving them the opportunity to explore the development in detail, including floor plans and available properties.
The website was developed using WordPress with a custom theme and design developed in-house. The site has been built in a modular format, allowing for easy updates as new developments are announced by the company.

Content Creation
CGI Development Imagery
Our CGI team produced the CGI imagery for the properties at Zen's most recent development - "Chiswick Green." Our collaborative moodboard outlined the level of interior we wished to achieve. Once we had done that, our CGI team went away and produced a pixel-perfect representation of the exterior and interior of the property.
To compliment this, we produced an immersive 360° render which showcases a deeper experience.

All developments at Zen undergo branding with supporting collateral. This includes: Logo, branding, brand guidelines, letterheads, compliment slips, brochures, spec sheets, development hoarding, CGI development imagery and floorplans.
This is a standard package we produce for each development at Zen Housing ensuring they are prepared and ready for efficiency and scale.
