We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic and exceptionally organised website project manager to join our fast-paced, growing agency. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of website projects primarily developed on WordPress and Shopify platforms and design projects, supporting our marketing team.

You will be working directly alongside another project manager, reporting to the Head of Production, to ensure the efficient, on-time delivery of numerous projects simultaneously. Your everyday role will see you working closely with a variety of diverse businesses, brands, and products from planning to testing and launch.

Head of Production

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of website projects primarily developed on WordPress and Shopify platforms and design projects, supporting our marketing team.

You will be working directly alongside another project manager, reporting to the Head of Production, to ensure the efficient, on-time delivery of numerous projects simultaneously. Your everyday role will see you working closely with a variety of diverse businesses, brands, and products from planning to testing and launch.

Day to Day Tasks

- Working closely with the Head of Production with a can-do, solutions-focused attitude to ensure the smooth delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Design and development task management: collaborating with designers and developers to ensure schedules are met.
- Receiving and organising client feedback and content for delivery to our design and development team
- Ensuring great client communication and relationships including sending periodic updates and hosting review sessions.
- Ensuring project timelines are kept up-to-date
- Supporting the Sales Team in providing accurate timelines and resource availability for project start-finish dates
- Supporting the Marketing Team, to ensure efficient turnaround for campaigns
- Predicting and navigating any potential risks, delays or roadblocks to projects with clear client communication and solutions.

Requirements / Experience

- 3-4 years in a Web Design / Digital Marketing Agency
- 3-4+ years experience in Digital Project Management
- Experience with WordPress and Shopify websites
- Ability to use your own initiative and work to tight deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work very well as part of a project management team
- Ability to work alongside designers and developers
- Ability to build great relationships with clients
- Ability to keep timelines, reports, and phases up-to-date
- Ability to risk assess and work proactively on overcoming obstacles
- Ability to positively respond to situations throughout the project timeline

Desirable but not essential

- Knowledge of marketing
- Experience with Trello / Notion project management tools
- Experience working with a creative team
- Ability to manage budgets
