We deliver cutting-edge digital experiences through Digital Design, Branding, Website Development, App Development and Marketing.

We work with a diverse range of clients, from start-ups to well-established, National Businesses. We specialise in high-ticket lead generation and e-commerce, working with clients operating in a variety of sectors such as; dental, property development, trades (home improvements) and automotive to name a few.

No projects are ever the same and every day brings exciting new challenges to solve, providing solutions for our clients and their customers.

We operate on a hybrid structure with a great balance between office and remote work. In this role, you will be working closely with our client relations manager, head of marketing and our Founders. This role involves following up with new exciting opportunities through organic methods, managing an active sales pipeline and reaching out to new potential customers making them aware of the fantastic services our agency offers.

You’ll be courteous, responsive and efficient whilst projecting the quality image of our brand and providing the highest levels of customer service. You’ll be driven by achieving your personal sales targets and activity levels.

Having such a strong reputation has meant that new business has always come through the power of referrals and recommendations, which is something we are very proud of. With that being said, we are very excited to bring an energetic, positive sales executive on board who will be proactively informing our target audience of our services and supporting our operation in continuing to grow.

Your role will be supported by our wider team which is made up of business growth specialists, graphic designers, website designers, paid advertising specialists and strategic experts meaning you will have all the resources required in order to create impactful outreach workflows to gain interest and generate new enquiries for our services.

In addition, we are looking for:
  • At least 2 years of recent digital and telesales outreach experience;
  • Proven track record of achieving KPIs;
  • Motivated by exceeding targets and earning top commission;
  • A passion for sales and a hunger for being the best;
  • A great team player
  • A passion for innovation and discovering the latest digital trends and technologies.

The interview process for this role will consist of 3 stages
Stage 1 – Chemistry call.
This will be a 20-minute zoom meeting to chat through your experience: who you’ve worked with and what you’ve previously achieved through your previous positions and roles.

Stage 2 – Presentation & Interview.
This will be a 1-hour session where we’ll discuss a range scenarios which allows you to demonstrate your thinking and capabilities to manage projects and situations as they arise. This will follow with a questions and answers session which will give both Sketch Creative and the candidate transparency around the role and company.

Stage 3 – Final Call
This will be a brief 15-minute zoom meeting to outline and discuss any final questions.
