In this role, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of website projects primarily developed on WordPress and Shopify platforms. Working very closely with a variety of captivating businesses, brands, and products from project kick-start, through to launch will be part of your everyday role.

You will be working directly with the Digital Project Manager, managing and delivering a multitude of projects. As a team, we’re more like family than colleagues. Digital Project Manager

• Supporting PM on delivering projects end-to-end, assisting with planning, organising and executing projects
• Managing multitude of projects in tandem
• Liaising with your own set of clients, ensuring they are up to date with their project and provide timely feedback
• Monitor project progress, ensuring tasks are completed on time by collaborating on internal workload schedule
• Hand over client feedback to design and development teams and vice versa
• Reviewing internal work to ensure all requests have been completed correctly
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Design, Development, Marketing and Sales
• Ensure project deliverables meet client satisfaction
• Provide ideas for new ways of working
• Note taking and following up after meetings
• Assisting clients with website content

Experience Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in a Business related field or Project Management qualification
• Minimum 2 years in Digital Project Management
• Experience with WordPress & Shopify Websites
• Experience overseeing design projects and/or assets
• Proficient verbal and written communication in English
• Experience working in a creative team
• Experience with project management systems (e.g. Notion, Trello)
• Ability to travel to Birmingham city centre once a week

Desirable but not essential:

• Knowledge of Marketing and/or Creative areas
• Experience working in an agency setting

This role is a full-time position on a hybrid basis, working 1 day a week in our offices in The Mailbox, Birmingham.
