We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Executive to take ownership of Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns for our clients. Collaborating with our Head of Marketing and Paid Social team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of paid social campaigns, from initial setup and targeting to optimisation and reporting. Working closely with the wider team, you’ll play a key role in driving client success and contributing to the agency’s growth.

Job Brief
We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Executive to take ownership of Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns for our clients. Collaborating with our Head of Marketing and Paid Social team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of paid social campaigns, from initial setup and targeting to optimisation and reporting. Working closely with the wider team, you’ll play a key role in driving client success and contributing to the agency’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Set up, manage, and optimise Facebook Ads campaigns to achieve client objectives, including lead generation and brand awareness.
- Performance Optimisation: Continuously monitor and refine campaign performance to maximise ROI, including testing creatives, audiences, and bid strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with account managers, designers, and the broader team to ensure campaigns align with client goals and branding.
- Reporting: Provide detailed performance reports with actionable insights to both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring spend is allocated strategically for optimal results.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with Facebook Ads platform changes, industry trends, and emerging opportunities to keep campaigns cutting-edge.
- Creative Input: Contribute ideas for ad creatives and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
Candidate Attributes

Proven experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns, ideally within a marketing or digital agency environment.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.

Excellent understanding of audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and campaign optimisation.

Knowledge of ad formats, bidding strategies, and pixel tracking implementation.

Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Passion for digital marketing and a drive to stay ahead of the curve.
