Content Creation Agreement

This Contractor Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on 27th July 2024, by and between:

Terms & Conditions:

1. Services

The Contractor agrees to provide content creation services, including but not limited to copywriting, photography, videography, and similar media services (the "Services").

2. Payment

Payment for the Services will be made in full upon delivery of the agreed works. The agreed payment shall be [Payment Amount] for the Services rendered.

3. Travel Expenses

Travel expenses associated with the provision of Services are to be communicated and approved by the Company prior to confirming the scope of work.

4. Timeliness

The Contractor acknowledges that late arrival and delivery may impact the agreement and costs agreed upon.

5. Usage and Crediting

All usage of assets created for Sketch Creative is to be approved for sharing within the Contractor's personal portfolio, social media, website, or any other platform. If shared, the Contractor must always credit Sketch Creative as the creator of the content.

6. Communication with Clients

6.1 Communication directly with Sketch Creative's clients by the Contractor must always be approved by Sketch Creative prior to occurring. This includes communication via social media, text, WhatsApp, email, or any other means.

6.2 Contractors are not to contact or engage with Sketch Creative's clients through social media, including tagging, messaging, following, or any other form of interaction.

7. Confidentiality

The Contractor agrees to keep all proprietary or sensitive information shared by the Company during the course of the engagement confidential.

8. Rates Confidentiality

The Contractor agrees not to discuss their rates with any other party other than Sketch Creative.

9. Independent Contractor Status

The Contractor acknowledges that they are an independent contractor and not an employee of the Company. The Contractor is responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and other obligations.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, written or oral.

12. Amendments

Any amendments or modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
