Retainer Notice Terms & Conditions

By submitting the cancellation notice, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Notice Period: You acknowledge that the notice period specified in your Terms of Engagement is required for the termination of services. The notice period will commence on the date of this cancellation request submission.

Final Payment: Any outstanding balance on your account must be settled before the termination date. Failure to do so may result in additional fees or continued billing until the balance is paid in full.

Outstanding Deliverables: Any work in progress at the time of cancellation will be completed up to the end of the notice period. Any additional work requested beyond this period will require a new agreement and will be charged accordingly.

Confidentiality: Your obligation to maintain the confidentiality of our proprietary information, trade secrets, and any other sensitive information shared during our engagement continues indefinitely beyond the termination of this agreement.

Non-Disparagement: You agree to refrain from making any statements, whether public or private, that could negatively impact the reputation of our agency. This includes, but is not limited to, written or verbal comments, reviews, or social media posts.

Refund Policy: Any advance payments or retainer fees are non-refundable. This includes any unused portion of services within the retainer period. Any unspent time will be held on account for up to one month after your official retainer termination date.

Termination of Services: All services provided under this agreement will cease at the end of the notice period. This includes, but is not limited to, marketing campaigns, SEO services, social media management, and any other ongoing services. Should you wish for us to continue hosting your website, we will provide a separate monthly hosting and maintenance cost. It is important to note that all websites produced by Sketch Creative Limited remain the intellectual property of Sketch Creative Limited, are licensed for your exclusive use, and must remain hosted on Sketch Creative servers.

Liability Release: You release our agency from any future claims, demands, or liabilities related to services provided under this agreement once the notice period has ended and final payment has been received.

Agreement to Terms: By submitting your cancellation notice, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in legal action or continued billing until resolved.
