We kicked off our work with Compare The Build by refining their brand identity - updating fonts, colour palettes, and formalising the design for national use. This subtle refresh allowed for smoother collaboration with larger brands. At the same time, we focused on creating a more efficient user journey, improving search functionality for better product discovery, and redesigning the comparison page to display the best prices in an easy-to-read format.

Helping Users Stay on Budget
To enhance the price comparison experience, we introduced a “Projects” area where users can track the tools and materials needed for their projects. This new functionality empowers users to track prices across their project lists, helping them stay within budget by monitoring costs over time. By combining enhanced search, comparison tools, and project tracking, we created a seamless, budget-conscious experience that simplifies the entire purchasing process.
