A New Favourite Tradition

As Brand Manager at Sketch Creative, I’m excited to share a new tradition we’ve started: the last Thursday of each month is now dedicated to Sketch Reflection and Sketch Social. It’s quickly become one of my favourite days of the month, and here’s why!

Sketch Reflection is our time to pause and look back on what we’ve accomplished over the past month. It’s a chance for the team to come together, chat about our successes, tackle any challenges, and map out our goals for the future. It’s not just about reviewing numbers or projects – it’s about celebrating each other’s hard work and making sure we’re all on the same page. It’s been great for boosting morale and keeping everyone aligned as we head into new projects.

Following our reflection session, we shift gears to Sketch Social, which is all about having some fun and letting off steam. This month, we hit the F1® Arcade in Birmingham for some serious Team Racing. The competition was fierce, and let’s just say, we discovered that we’ve got some pretty talented drivers at Sketch! It was a blast to see everyone in action, cheering each other on, and enjoying a bit of friendly rivalry.

These new calendar events have been a hit so far. Sketch Reflection helps us stay focused and motivated, while Sketch Social gives us a chance to bond and have fun outside the office. I’m really looking forward to seeing how these gatherings will continue to bring us closer together and keep our work environment positive and dynamic.
