A Merry Day at Sketch Creative

We kicked things off with gingerbread lattes and mince pies (because, let’s be honest, calories don’t count in December). Once everyone was settled, it was time for the Sketch Creative Christmas Quiz.

With five rounds covering Christmas history, songs, films, global traditions, and some general festive trivia, it was the ultimate test of our knowledge. Questions covered everything from the first Christmas card ever sent to which country serves KFC on Christmas Day, and while some of us clearly need to brush up on our skills, the friendly competition brought plenty of laughs.

The morning’s festivities led into our 2024 Reflection. It was a chance to step back and celebrate everything we’ve achieved together this year.

We took a walk down memory lane with a timeline of the year, revisiting milestones like moving to our new office, welcoming new team members, and smashing revenue goals. Personal highlights added an extra touch, from Dave’s engagement to Emily becoming a homeowner, reminding us of all the ways we’ve grown - not just as professionals but as people.

We also took a closer look at the numbers, highlighting our impressive growth in revenue streams and major wins across all departments. It was a proud moment to reflect on how far we’ve come, and to set the tone for an even stronger 2025.

Of course, no Christmas celebration would be complete without Secret Santa, and our exchange didn’t disappoint. Gifts ranged from genuinely thoughtful to downright hilarious (we’ll leave it at that for now), and the unwrapping brought lots of laughs and plenty of surprises. Paired with festive fizz and a table full of sweet treats, it was the perfect way to end the day.

With our Christmas party still to come and big plans for 2025 taking shape, there’s so much to look forward to. Here’s to an incredible December, a brilliant year behind us, and an exciting future ahead.
