At Sketch, we know our team wouldn’t be half as brilliant, creative, or let’s be honest – 𝘧𝘶𝘯𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 – without the incredible women who make things happen every single day. From managing campaigns to building client relationships and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, these ladies are the backbone of everything we do.

So today, and every day, we celebrate the women of Sketch Creative – because let’s face it, we wouldn’t be where we are without them.

💖 𝑨𝒊𝒎𝒆𝒆 is quickly proving herself as one to watch – cool under pressure, quick on her feet, and managing to balance client needs and campaigns with ease.

💖 𝑫𝒂𝒊𝒔𝒚 is the ultimate people person. If you’ve ever left a meeting laughing throughout, chances are, she was in the room. Effortlessly chatty, sharp as anything, and somehow always turning a casual conversation into a business win.

💖 𝑬𝒎𝒊𝒍𝒚 is the glue that keeps our business growing. She spots opportunities, connects dots, and makes things happen before the rest of us even realise they need to happen.

💖 𝑮𝒂𝒃𝒃𝒚 is the definition of a safe pair of hands. Clients love her, projects run smoother because of her, and if there’s ever a problem, she’s already on top of it.

💖 𝑳𝒖𝒄𝒚 knows how to take an idea and turn it into something special. She’s got a sharp eye, a strategic mind, and an inbox that should probably come with a warning label!

💖 𝑴𝒂𝒅𝒅𝒊𝒆 is our content queen, keeping our clients ahead of the game on social. If it’s trending, she’s already on it. If it’s not trending yet? Give her a minute.

💖 𝑴𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒊𝒆…well, that’s me! And while it feels a bit weird writing about myself, I will say this: if Sketch Creative looks as good as it actually is, then I’m doing my job right. Brand strategy? Sorted. Big-picture thinking? Always. Blowing my own trumpet? Maybe a little.

💖 𝑹𝒐𝒔𝒊𝒆 is the behind-the-scenes genius who makes digital marketing work. SEO, PPC, making sure our clients show up exactly where they need to be – she’s on it.

💖 𝑻𝒓𝒂𝒄𝒚 is, quite literally, the person holding everything together. If it needs sorting, she’s already done it. If there’s a problem, she’s fixed it before we even knew it was a thing. Sketch without Tracy? Not happening!

💖 𝑻𝒓𝒊𝒔𝒉 is the reason projects don’t just get done – they get done right. Organised, strategic, and always about ten steps ahead, she takes ideas and turns them into something real (and ridiculously well-executed).

To celebrate International Women’s Day, the ladies of Sketch got a well-deserved early finish on Thursday, followed by a Reformer Pilates class that was meant to be “relaxing.”

Spoiler: It was 𝗻𝗼𝘁 relaxing.

As we powered through the Pilates session, we realised that International Women’s Day is all about supporting each other, facing challenges together, and lifting one another up.

But let’s be clear – women’s achievements shouldn’t be confined to just one day a year. The amazing women at Sketch (and women everywhere) are leading, innovating, and inspiring every single day.

So here’s to the women who keep businesses running, ideas flowing, and teams thriving. Here’s to 𝗼𝘂𝗿 women.
