New Working Hours, Same Dedication to You!
A New Schedule for a More Creative Sketch
At Sketch Creative, we’re all about encouraging a work environment where our team can thrive both professionally and personally. We know that happy, well-rested people make the best creative partners, and that’s why we’re tweaking our working hours to give our team a little more breathing room on Fridays. This shift is designed not just to recharge our team’s creative batteries, but to ensure they bring their best to your projects.
Our Updated Working Hours:
Monday: 8:00am – 5:30pm
Tuesday: 8:00am – 5:30pm
Wednesday: 8:00am – 5:30pm
Thursday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
Friday: 8:00am – 1:00pm
This might seem like just a shift in hours, but we’ve actually been testing this approach over the past few months, and the results have been fantastic. By giving our team a longer runway on most days, we’ve not only boosted our productivity but also elevated the quality of our work – taking what was already world-class to new heights! Studies show that having dedicated time to enter a state of flow can significantly enhance creative output and efficiency, and we’ve experienced this firsthand. This change allows our team to maintain their creative momentum and deliver even better results for you.

We’re all for our team enjoying a well-deserved long weekend. Having a shorter Friday gives everyone a chance to rest, recharge, and pursue their passions outside of work, whether that’s spending time with family, exploring new hobbies, or simply unwinding.
